Painted Sky Studios is owned and operated by platinum award winning veteran Los Angeles recording engineer, Steve Crimmel.
After several years as a senior staff engineer at L.A.’s highly regarded Ocean Way Recording, Steve shocked his associates and high profile clients when he announced he was moving away from the undisputed center of the recording industry.
Cambria, just 3 1/2 hours North of Los Angeles, is a beautiful seaside village nestled in a vast Monterey Pine forest.
Steve brought with him a vast knowledge of experience in literally every facet of music and audio production.
