Cambria is located on Hwy 1, midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Painted Sky Recording Studios, located in the heart of Cambria's historic business district, occupies the building once known as the notorious Bucket of Blood Saloon. The studio offers a 9000 cubic ft. live recording room with 3 isolation booths, serene ambiance, a patio garden and is only steps away from Cambria's finest restaurants, deli's and shops. Lodging is plentiful, with options ranging from budget packages to spectacular ocean front inns and vacation homes.

Our philosophy is basically a hi-fi, straight-wire approach using
quality microphones, pre amps and EQ's.
